How do I see and edit the profile used to match me with clients?

You can head to the Opportunities tab to view the information we are presenting to new and existing clients about your skills and experience.

This was originally gathered from our hiring process, but we try to keep this up to date if we become aware of any changes to your skills or experience. Please help us to do the same by reviewing this information and updating it.

Any changes you make will be reviewed by our team for accuracy, as it’s important we only present information that we agree to be true to clients.

Your profile consists of two parts:

A “glossy” profile in PDF format which is shared with new clients - you can view this information by clicking “View client profile”. This profile contains a more in-depth summary of your career history, skills and a little more about you.  It’s good to keep this up to date with any new experience, skills or industries that you may have gained whilst working with Virtalent clients and since you joined us.

This PDF document can only be updated by our team, so please always email support@virtalent.com for any suggested updates. We can then arrange for these to be made.

Profile information in Dash - as well as a bio, we also store a list of the tasks you can work on, any specialist skills (e.g. languages) you have, the software you can confidently use, and the industries you have worked in previously. This is mainly used by us internally when matching you to new clients.

You can update these fields yourself by heading to the Opportunities page in Dash.
