How do I add internal time logs for handovers and matching calls in Dash?
There are two categories of time logs which Virtalent pay you for, but are not billed to any specific client account. These are:
- Matching calls with new clients - we cover the time spent on these up to 60 minutes.
- Pre-agreed handovers - this is used to log time spent working on handing over a client to another member of the team. This time must be authorised by the Client Success team.
Whenever you need to log time in these two circumstances, head to the Internal tab within My Time. Click “Add internal time” and enter the details of the time log you wish to add. This will be added to your next bill to Virtalent.
Please note that these logs are checked and verified by the internal team.
