How do I see the time I’ve logged to Dash?

When you log in to Dash, you’ll find the time you have logged that day and during the current calendar month visible on the home screen.

There are two ways to get a more detailed breakdown of the time you have logged:

Via a client account

Head to the Timesheet tab within a client account to find the time logged to that account only.

You can filter by:

  • Date - by default this is set to the client’s current billing period
  • Task
  • Team member - use this to show a total for the time logs you have made, if you are sharing the account with other VAs

Via My Time

Head to My Time to see the time you have logged to Dash, across all client accounts.

You can filter by:

  • Date - by default this is set to the current calendar month i.e. what you will next invoice Virtalent for
  • Task
  • Client
The “Internal” tab shows time spent working on non-client tasks, such as handovers and matching calls.
