How do I manage my capacity / availability for new clients in Dash?
If you are looking to fill additional capacity in your working day, we will always try our best to place you with an extra client.
Simply head to the Opportunities tab within Dash and adjust the “Remaining Capacity” figure to reflect the hours you are still seeking from Virtalent.
We’ll use this information to match you with more clients - you’ll see this reflected in the “Reserved” box next to it.
Please aim to keep this accurate. If you are no longer looking to be matched with any other clients, please change this figure to 0 hours.
