How do I know what a client’s remaining balance is?

A client’s remaining balance can be found on both the Tasks tab and their Account overview within Dash.

This balance is the combined total of their monthly plan, as well as any unused hours which rolled over from the last period.

If this balance ever runs out, we’ll automatically top up the account with additional top-up hours as per the client’s billing settings, so that you can continue working for them.

It’s important to note that once additional top-up hours are added to your client’s account, they will be charged immediately.

If those top-up hours are then used and exceeded, the client will be charged again. This will continue each time the allocated top-up hours are exceeded, up until the client’s next billing date.

For this reason, it’s essential to keep clear communication with your client and let them know when additional top-up hours may be required. Clients generally appreciate being informed in advance before any additional charges are applied.
